The main difference in the signatures is the shape of the B. Also, on the authentic signatures, the first stroke of the m in deMille is always slightly taller than the other strokes in the letter, whereas the secretary makes all the strokes the same height. Finally, in the secretarial exemplar the d of deMille is fairly small, as compared to the size of d in the authentic examples. It's really just a few very subtle differences, but easy to spot once you know what to look for.
